Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received, if the item is in stock. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during sales or holiday periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship Australia-wide only.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery’s progress.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
